Description
The product consists of a layer of burnt yolk, cream and pastry truffle made with real chocolate. Between each layer there is a thin egg sponge cake that adds juiciness and rounds the whole cake in the mouth.
Decoration: chocolate cream that falls irregularly down the sides.
