Description
Two well-caked cacao cakes, between which there is a layer of mounted truffle. On the surface it has a layer of cocoa cream and dark chocolate shavings.
Decoration: chocolate chip on which two strips of icing sugar are sprinkled, leaving the central strip free as a decorative element. At the bottom of the central band there are two cherries with tails.
