Description
An ideal product for diabetics or people who want to eat a diet reduced in sugars.
The base is a layer of juicy brownie-type sponge cake made with unsweetened chocolate on which a layer of 35% cream (animal-cow origin) is placed. On this layer there is a truffle made also from 35% cream without sugar.
Decoration: it is decorated with cocoa powder all over the surface and pieces of toasted hazelnut.
